Gained 1lb this week. My first gain, oh dear.
Don't know why at all. I stayed within my points, weighed my portions, did exercise and drank fluids. I did nothing different than for the last 12 weeks.
Hey ho, carry on regardless I guess! It's just a shame as I go on holiday in a couple of days and if I can gain 1lb at home where I can control everything, how on earth will I do on holiday? I am resigning myself to gaining a bit and having to lose it all over again when I get back. If I manage to stay below 12 stone I will be happy enough.

1 pound could be anything! Don't get discouraged - it could be muscle build up (a good thing!) or water weight, poop, seriously, anything. You're doing great, keep it up!
