September - going to a spa with my mum (even though I might have to dust off the swimming cossie, assuming it even fits)
October - going to see 'Blood Brothers', again :)
November - going to see Eddie Izzard 'Stripped' tour. Can't wait I lurrve him and this will be the first time I will get to see him perform live. I have all his stand up DVDs and quite of few of the soundtracks on my ipod as audio books. Always a risk listening to him on the train as I get the giggles.
Normally my idea of a perfect weekend is an idle weekend. Bugger all on Saturday; a gentle trundle round the local shops, lunch while watching Soccer Saturday, if I feel really wild I have an afternoon snooze. Gym and chores on Sunday around football/cricket/formula 1 on TV. I fully acknowledge that I am a lazy so and so! But every now and then it is nice to do something.
On the subject of Eddie Izzard he has just completed 43 marathons in 51 days. I can't even comprehend doing one marathon, let alone one a day for 6 days a week! Today I was reading Dietgirl's report of walking the Edinburgh Moonwalk, which is the only way I could imagine doing a marathon, but then I was reminded why it was not a good idea when I read her sufferings in the second half. I get sore feet walking 3 miles let alone 27! Maybe one day, far, far, far in the future!
Ooh I just thought, something else I am looking forward to. Strictly Come Dancing is back on Friday. Da da-da da, da, da, da. Da da-da da, da!
