Wednesday was my Christmas work do involving a 3 course meal. There were no particularly healthy options so I decided to eat what I wanted and claw back points. I saved 6.5 points over Monday and Tuesday which was a good start.
I didn't drink alcohol at the do, I decided that was the best way for me to stay in control.
It was difficult to calculate points for the meal, I guessed 23.5. It was so rich I did not even want tea that day so the only other points I consumed on Wednesday was my 2 point breakfast. That left me only 1 point to claw back which I did on Thursday.
So all SHOULD be well this week but as Wednesday was all guess work I'm not sure until Monday's WI. I had a SP this morning which indicated a 0.25lb loss so fingers crossed!
