Lost 1.5lb this week, which for me is a really big loss.
I wonder if it was because it was a very quiet week, no eating out, no guests, so there was no need to save points for the weekend. Instead I ate up my points each day when I usually have to eat them up at the weekend right before WI. I might try it again sometime except with Valentine's this Sunday it probably won't be this week.
I have now lost 3 stone 0.5lb. I felt absurdly guilty yesterday when my brother asked how much I had lost and I rounded it up to '3 stone' rather than the obsessed sounding '2 stone 13lbs'. But it felt like I was tempting fate claiming a loss I had not yet achieved! Now it's official I feel much better :)
Did more walking last week and starting looking at the class timetable at the various local gyms trying to find something at a convenient time and location after work. Have not actually GOT to a class yet, but one step at a time!
