Where did that come from? I don't usually get losses as big as 2lb these days so I had to weigh myself twice to be sure! Gone down to BMI 23.
Only 4.5lb to goal but it will probably take at least another month so don't put the champagne on ice yet.
In other news, booked a trip to Barcelona for the end of July so must go and do a bit more clothes shopping. I am at the point where I can't really get away with wearing size 14 trousers and jeans any more. I have been size 12 for a while but have only bought 4 or 5 pairs of trousers and been making do with the 14s as well which are not after all very old. But they are slipping down so hopefully the shops will have some new stuff in. I can't wear the skinny jeans style which kind of limits my choices.
I experimented with retaking the points quiz today find out how many points I will get when I am maintaining - answer 23. I think that is going to take some getting used to though I am looking forward to having some high point options that I have been missing like avocado, cheese and desserts. I need to keep up the healthy habits and not get into the habit of wanting a chocolate bar a day or something.
Last day of the bank holiday weekend. Might do some more gardening, bound to play some more on the computer and watch the last day of the Test Match. Need to get the washing and ironing done though. Don't I lead a thrilling life?!

A woman after my own heart. Computer and cricket, almost the perfect day! I doubt I'll get in the garden, as it's rather dull and forecast rain here, :( , but even so, the washing and ironing can wait! :)
ReplyDeleteI shall be on 25 points in theory when I get round to maintenance - I want to lose a wee bit more first, but like you I'm looking forward to saying yes to the occasional bit of cheese or cake. Oh, yes!
